Please let us know before the retreat if you would prefer not to be photographed or included in any promotional content. We will make every reasonable effort to respect your request.

Patterns & Respect for Designers

Workshop fees for all Bag Making Retreats do not include the cost of patterns. Each attendee is required to have their own copy of the required patterns prior to the retreat.

We know many in the bag making community already own patterns, and that’s absolutely fine. At the same time, we place a strong emphasis on respecting the work that goes into creating these designs. Patterns are a key part of a designer’s livelihood and supporting them helps keep this creative community thriving.

For this reason, sharing, copying or distributing patterns between attendees is not permitted.

Proof of Purchase for each required pattern is requested at (or before) the time of the second payment. This can be a screenshot of your digital order or a copy of your receipt or invoice.

Your Proof of Purchase should clearly show:

The pattern name

Confirmation that it has been paid for

Your name or email address

General

By booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
