Your details,
treated with care.

What we collect and why

We collect your name, contact details and information about your enquiry, retreat, accommodation preferences or group. We use it to reply, manage your request and organise the arrangements you ask for.

Share only the dietary or access information needed for your visit. We’ll discuss it with you before passing it to people helping with those arrangements.

Email updates

We send retreat news only if you choose to join our mailing list. Enquiries and waitlist signups do not automatically subscribe you.

Unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. We keep your opt-out preference and may still contact you about an enquiry or booking.

Sharing and overseas storage

Authorised team members, the park team and service providers handle the information needed for your enquiry or retreat. We don’t sell your details or share them for other businesses’ marketing. We may disclose information when required by law.

We use Tally for contact and hosting enquiries, and Brevo for waitlists and newsletters. Tally stores form responses in Belgium; Brevo stores its databases in Belgium, France and Germany. Supporting services may process information in other countries, including the United States.

Website and email activity

Our hosting, forms, maps and spam checks process technical details such as your IP address and browser information to operate and protect these services. Some use cookies. Emails may record delivery, opens and clicks.

For maps and spam checks, see Google’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Keeping your details

Access to our records is limited to people who need them for their work. We keep information for as long as needed to manage your request and meet recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it. Backup copies may remain until their retention periods end.
