We’re excited to announce our second retreat, a weekend to escape everyday life, learn new skills, connect with other creatives, and spend a few days doing something you truly love. Whether this is your first retreat or you’ve joined us before, we’d love to have you along.

You’ll spend the weekend creating THREE gorgeous bag projects, guided every step of the way by the amazing Belinda "Binny" Scott from Brymaxx Precision. Everything’s set up for you, all you need to do is sew, relax, and enjoy.

Frequently asked questions

Does expressing interest secure my place?

We’d love to hear from you! Sending an expression of interest lets us know you’d like to join us, but it doesn’t reserve a place. We’ll be in touch as soon as we can to let you know whether we can offer you a spot and help you with the accommodation and payment arrangements.

Should I book a cabin myself?

There’s no need to book your cabin separately. Have a look at our accommodation options, then tell us which cabin you’d prefer and whether you’re coming on your own or sharing with a friend. We’ll talk through availability and the cost, then arrange the booking with the park. Cabin accommodation is charged separately from the retreat fee.

What are the accommodation and checkout arrangements?

For the November 2026 retreat, accommodation is cabins only and is booked together with your retreat place. Standard cabin checkout is 10am on Sunday. Late checkout may be available if your cabin is not needed for another booking; we will confirm your arrangement. The retreat continues in the Club Room until 4pm.

What if I’m new to bag making?

If you’re new to bag making, you’re very welcome to get in touch before booking. Tell us a little about your sewing experience and we’ll help you decide whether the three projects are a good fit. We want you to feel comfortable asking questions and enjoying the weekend.

Can I come on my own?

Absolutely! You’re very welcome to come on your own. We’ll help you settle in, and making together gives you plenty of chances to chat and get to know the group. There’s room to enjoy the company or quietly get on with your sewing.
